Rupesh R. Dharia
MD, Director
Born and raised in London, Dr. Dharia received his MD from St. George’s Medical School and did his residency at Jamaica Hospital, an NYU teaching affiliate. He was in private practice at Yale New Haven hospital prior to becoming the Medical Director for Emcare and Sterling Healthcare companies at Palmetto General Hospital in Miami. A Civil Surgeon for the Centers for Immigration, Dr. Dharia opened Palm Beach Internal Medicine in 2004 and currently resides in North Palm Beach with his wife and two sons.
Michael F Ambrose
MD
Dr Ambrose grew up on the island of St Vincent and the Grenadines. After completing secondary school, he earned an academic scholarship to study at Lewis University, Romeoville, Illinois. He then received the presidential scholarship to the College of Medicine at Chicago, university of Illinois. He completed his residency at Jackson Memorial hospital, University of Miami. He is currently on staff, as a Hospitalist, at Jupiter Medical Center and resides in Jupiter, Florida with his wife and family.
Katie Kuretski
DNP, APRN
I am a Family Nurse Practitioner certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. As a three-time alumnus of the University of Miami, I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Masters of Science in Nursing, as well as Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees at UM. Most of my clinical experience encompasses the primary care setting, and I enjoy collaborating with patients to better their health whether it be managing their blood pressure, controlling diabetes, or achieving their goal weight. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and cheering on the Miami Hurricanes at football, basketball, and baseball games!
Brianne Gupta
APRN
I am a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who graduated with honors in Nursing at UCF and obtained my Masters in Nursing at FAU. As a Registered Nurse I worked in Open Heart Recovery ICU, Med/Surg ICU and Telemetry. I began practicing in Internal Medicine as a Nurse Practitioner in 2011; I aim to do my very best in delivering thoughtful, well-rounded care to all of my patients. I thoroughly enjoy treating diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, copd, anxiety, depression and helping patients with weight management; just to name a few. I value your opinion, so together we will develop your plan of care. A very important role of mine, is supporting you through the good times and the difficult times that may arise.
I am Past President of the Nurse Practitioner council of Palm Beach County 2018 & 2019 and remain an active board member, I am also a member of AANP and FNPN. When I am not working, I love spending time with my family, husband, step son, friends and German Shepard as well as traveling and relaxing!
Melissa Dail
APRN
I am a Family Nurse Practitioner board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. I attended Florida Atlantic University for both of my degrees, graduating in 2007 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and in 2012 with a Masters of Science in Nursing. As a RN I worked on the medical-surgical unit at Jupiter Medical Center. I became a nurse practitioner in 2012 and have experience working in orthopedics, urgent care, hospital medicine and primary care. I have been with PBIM since 2016. What I value most about primary care is being able to build relationships with my patients and provide care for them based on their individual needs. I enjoy treating a wide variety of medical problems from acute to chronic. When not at work, I enjoy relaxing with my husband and two girls, spending time with friends, watching football, and working out.
Kaymie Poldo
APRN
Kaymie is a Board Certified Adult and Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She is a West Virginia native and Graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Marshall University. She later received her Master’s degree in Nursing from Spring Arbor University. She also has a Masters of Arts in Organizational Global Management.
She has worked in a variety of health care settings including the emergency room, critical care, hemodialysis and medical surgical. Her clinical approach is collaborative and holistic with focus on preventative care and chronic illness management. She has lived in Florida since 2006 and has a very supportive husband and a beautiful blended family. Her interest include cooking, shopping and college basketball.
Johanna Job
APRN
Johanna is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She obtained her Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty of Family Nurse Practitioner from Florida Atlantic University. A New York City native, has made South Florida her second home. She is fluent in Spanish. As a RN she spent nine years in Emergency medicine caring for the pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations where she received the Daisy Award. Since becoming a nurse practitioner she has practiced in urgent care, infectious disease, and primary care. Her focus is to build a practice grounded on safe evidenced based care. Encompassing a patient-centered model she hopes to ensure patients feel they are actively collaborating in their plan of care.
On her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, traveling and watching TV series.
